I understand that I am fully responsible for merchandise I consign at Second Time Around. Pricing of items will be determined by Second Time Around and may be changed at any time at the discretion of Second Time Around. The consignor will receive 40% of the final sales price.

We will donate items with stains, moth holes, tears, or other damage not originally found without notice. These items will be donated to Trinity Baptist Church. A tax receipt will be given upon request.

There is no pick-up of items once consignor has left them, unless otherwise specified at time of drop-off.

Second Time Around is not responsible for loss due to fire, theft, or other casualty!
